- These terms follow the laws of Quebec, Canada.
1. Who we are
BREVOUT ("BREVOUT", "we", "us") makes gym-to-street sportswear and sells it through this website. By using the site or placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Pre-orders and payment
- Every piece in Drop 01 is made to pre-order. You pay the full price when you check out, and your order ships once production finishes. Drop 01 releases 29 March 2027. Production dates are estimates and can move.
- Payments are handled by Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
- Discount codes work one per order, can't be exchanged for cash, and can be ended at any time.
- To change or cancel a pre-order before it ships, email [contact email].
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, in no event will BREVOUT be liable for damages of any kind that exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that the law says can't be removed.
4. Indemnification
To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BREVOUT and its owners, staff and partners from any claims, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Quebec, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to bring it somewhere else.
6. The site itself
Product photos and renders show the design. The finished pieces can vary slightly in colour, print and fit. All logos, designs and content on the site belong to BREVOUT and can't be reused without our permission.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. The version in place when you placed your order applies to that order.
